The Opportunity

Seeking a hands-on Senior Test Engineer (AI) to lead test delivery on high-profile initiatives, including the Cyber data platform. You will design test strategies, validate AI models, and build automated quality gates within complex cloud and data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & RAG Validation: Define evaluation frameworks to validate GPT responses, summarisation accuracy, and RAG performance.

• Automation & CI/CD: Build and maintain automated test frameworks integrated into Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Technical QA Leadership: Drive functional, non-functional, security, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2) testing.

Requirements

• Active SC Clearance.

• Microsoft AI Ecosystem: Deep expertise using Azure Test Plans, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and the AI Foundry Agent Evaluation SDK.

• Frameworks & Code: Proven experience with the RAGAS framework and proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript.

• Environment: Experience delivering test assurance in a government or regulated environment.
