Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Qualified by Experience

Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 3 Days per Week) | Permanent in Huddersfield
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded Private Client team.
This role would suit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced fee earner qualified by experience with at least 4 years' PQE or equivalent experience, looking to handle high-quality work and advise high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and trustees on complex private client matters.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload, advising on:

• Wills and complex estate planning
• Inheritance Tax planning and mitigation
• Trust creation, administration and taxation
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration

You'll work closely with clients and professional advisers, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused solutions tailored to individual needs.

About You

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Qualified by Experience
• Minimum 4 years' PQE or equivalent experience
• Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families
• Expertise in estate planning, trusts and inheritance tax planning
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to exceptional client service
