Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (3-10 Years PQE)

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a well-established and highly regarded local firm? We have an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer to become part of a friendly and supportive team based in the heart of Southwell.

This role offers the chance to manage a broad and varied private client caseload while building long-term relationships with clients and contributing to the continued success of a respected practice.

The Role

You will handle a diverse range of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Complex estate matters
• Providing clear, practical advice to a varied client base

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• 3-10 years' PQE within Private Client law
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and personable approach
