An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a well-established and growing property team in Nottingham.
This role is ideal for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) who is confident managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
✅ Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases
✅ New Build Transactions
✅ Remortgages
✅ Transfers of Equity
✅ Shared Ownership Matters
✅ Right to Buy Transactions
✅ Help to Buy Redemptions
✅ Unregistered Land Matters
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals to ensure transactions progress smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
About You
✔ Minimum 5 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
✔ Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision
✔ Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
✔ Excellent communication and client relationship skills
✔ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✔ Commercially aware and committed to delivering exceptional client service
