A prestigious London law firm is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to join its highly respected Wealth & Estates team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with UHNW and HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, and international clients within one of the most sophisticated private client practices in the city.

The Role

You will manage and support on a broad range of complex private client matters, including:

• Wills, trusts, and estate planning
• Succession and wealth structuring for UK and international families
• Probate and estate administration
• Tax planning, including exposure to UK tax issues affecting resident/non-dom clients
• Asset protection and family governance
• Cross-border matters often involving multi-jurisdictional assets

You will work closely with industry-leading partners and have exposure to intellectually challenging, high-value matters from day one.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-6 years' PQE in private client or wealth planning
• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients and complex estate/tax structures
• Strong technical grounding in UK trusts, succession, and tax law
• Excellent drafting and advisory skills
• A confident, client-focused approach and strong relationship-management abilities
• A commercial mindset and the ability to navigate sophisticated client needs

Experience with international clients or cross-border advisory work is advantageous but not essential.
