The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and succession planning
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Wealth preservation matters
• Court of Protection work

You will work closely with individuals and families, providing clear and practical advice while maintaining the highest standards of client care.

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling Private Client matters
• Strong communication and client care skills with a personable and empathetic approach
