Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (2+ PQE)

Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + bonus

We are also recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 2 years' PQE) to join this firm's busy and well-established Private Client department.

The Role

You will handle a broad Private Client caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Court of Protection / OPG-related work

You will work closely with senior colleagues in a collaborative team, gaining exposure to a wide range of matters while building technical confidence and client relationships.

About You

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE

• Solid grounding in core Private Client work

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach

• Keen to learn, develop and progress within a team environment
