We've been guiding clients through life's big decisions for generations. Now, we're looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join our respected team in New Malden.
You'll work closely with clients to provide clear, expert advice on Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning. This is a permanent role offering autonomy, collaboration, and the chance to build lasting relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Advising clients on Wills, Probate, and related private client matters
• Managing your own caseload with support from experienced colleagues
• Drafting legal documents and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Using modern case management systems to deliver an efficient, personal service

We're looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-4PQE in Private Client law
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• STEP qualification or willingness to work towards it (desirable)
