Private Client Solicitor

We're looking for an experienced Private Client Senior Solicitor to join our Legal 500 Tier 1 Wills, Probate & Estate Planning team. Based across our Maidenhead and Windsor offices, you'll lead a collaborative team and play a key role in driving growth and excellence.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing and supporting the Maidenhead team, ensuring high performance and development
• Delivering a broad range of private client services including Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs, and tax planning
• Overseeing workflow and mentoring junior staff
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

We're looking for:

• Minimum 8 years' PQE in Private Client work
• Strong technical knowledge, especially in inheritance tax and estate planning
• STEP membership (or working towards qualification)
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing complex matters for high-net-worth clients
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent interpersonal skills
