Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

Experience: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £55,000-£75,000 DOE

A Legal 500-ranked regional firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Southampton office.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded Private Client team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice across a broad range of wills, trusts and estate planning matters. The Role

You will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, including:

• Estate administration from start to finish
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on trusts and tax planning matters
• Handling probate and complex estates
• Supporting high-net-worth individuals and families with tailored private client advice

Alongside fee-earning, you will have the opportunity to:

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Motivated to progress within a collaborative and ambitious team
• STEP qualification or a desire to work towards it would be advantageous, but is not essential
