Role and Experience Level
We are looking for an experienced Estate Administration Lawyer with 4+ years PQE to join the firm's expanding Estate Administration department. This is an ideal role for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a client-focused approach who is ready to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting client interviews and taking clear instructions
- Advising clients on estate administration matters, including wills, probate, deputyships, and LPAs
- Preparing and organizing relevant documents for clients
- Maintaining thorough client and matter files, ensuring accuracy
- Promptly addressing client queries and offering professional guidance
- Following departmental procedures to uphold high-quality standards
- Engaging in business development to support the growth of the department
