My client is a traditional firm with a modern approach, their experienced team provide first class law services to their clients which range from private individuals and small businesses to large enterprises, developers, government institutions, international corporations and investors in Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and also Greater London.

The Private Client team consist 2 fee earners and an experienced secretary in support. The firm are now seeking to hire a senior lawyer with sufficient expertise to manage an existing caseload unsupervised.

The work here is plentiful due to their long established reputation in the communities they serve. You will be drafting Wills and advising on estate planning, putting LPA's in place and formulating long term inheritance tax planning strategies. Alongside this you will be assisting clients with estate administrations, some of which will be straight forward others will include complex issues such as business or agricultural property relief, complex trust arrangements, post-death variations and cross-border dimension.

To be successful it is likely you will have:-
A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience working in a specialist Private client role.
STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
A desire to build upon established relationships
