The Role: Associate/Senior Associate - Contentious Trusts & Probate
This role is perfect for someone with at least three years of experience in contentious trusts and probate, gained in a regional or national firm. You will join the firm's highly respected Private Client Group, acting for private individuals, trustees, executors, deputies, and attorneys. You'll be involved in a broad array of complex and engaging cases, from 1975 Act claims to Court of Protection matters.
Team & Culture
The Contentious Trusts & Probate team is a key part of the firm's private client offering. The team works closely with the Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning teams, creating an integrated and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on contentious probate, trusts disputes, and Court of Protection matters
- Handling 1975 Act claims and other estate disputes with the highest level of client care
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver holistic, client-centric solutions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and external professional networks
