About this role
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Coach with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to support a major manufacturing transition.

-
Shopfloor Engagement: Partner with teams across manufacturing facilities to cultivate a sustainable culture of operational excellence.
-
Multi-Level Credibility: Engage confidently and credibly with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, from shopfloor operatives to senior leadership.
-
Practical Implementation: Ensure standardisation, waste reduction, and process improvements are successfully embedded and measured.
Requirements
-
Proven experience working as an Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Lean Coach.
-
Deep domain experience within the pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing sector.
-
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
