Immigration and Family Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)

Are you a recently qualified solicitor or junior lawyer with experience in immigration and family law? A well-regarded and growing London-based law firm is seeking a Junior Immigration and Family Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE) to join their expanding legal team.
This is an exciting hybrid role with flexible working options and the chance to work on a broad range of casework in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of immigration law and family law matters
• Advise clients on a wide range of issues including visa applications, asylum claims, divorce proceedings, and child arrangements
• Prepare legal documents and represent clients in tribunals or court (where appropriate)
• Meet weekly performance targets in line with your experience level
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 0-3 years PQE
• Strong exposure to both immigration and family law casework
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident, motivated, and hands-on with a commitment to delivering results
