Position: Residential Property Solicitor - NQ to 3/4 PQE

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a motivated and technically sound Residential Property Solicitor (NQ to 3/4?PQE) to join a busy and growing property department in the heart of East London. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of residential property work including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, lease extensions and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end?to?end residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, including client onboarding, contract drafting, lender liaison, completion and post?completion registration.
• Handling standard leasehold and freehold transactions, navigat­ing searches and title issues, preparing SDLT returns and managing Land Registry submissions.
• Working as part of a dynamic team, with peer support and supervision but increasing independent responsibility as you develop technically.
• Contributing to client care and service excellence by delivering clear advice, timely updates and effective communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Newly qualified (NQ) through to 3/4?PQE in residential property law.
• Sound understanding of residential conveyancing processes - both freehold and leasehold - and comfortable handling multiple transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to progress files efficiently while maintaining high client service standards.
• Eager to grow their expertise within a high?volume property environment and benefit from the mentoring of experienced fee earners.
• Team-oriented mindset, able to collaborate effectively but also manage files independently.
