The firm's Construction practice advise a diverse clients base across a number of industry sectors, with a focus on real estate development, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects, in the UK and internationally. Clients include developers, funders, large property owners, contractors, investors, and private individuals.

The team's lawyers regularly advise on procurement strategy, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, forward funding and development agreements, and preparing and negotiating bespoke suites of construction documentation for high-profile and complex construction projects.

The firm are looking to recruit a non-contentious construction Associate into join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have trained a top-tier City or international law firm and be experienced advising on the full range of non-contentious construction matters in sectors such as those listed above.
