The Role

Our client is seeking an IT Manager to lead their IT function, ensuring the smooth operation of their Microsoft 365 environment while driving key IT projects. This role requires a confident leader with excellent technical, strategic, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and optimise the organisation's Microsoft 365 infrastructure
✅ Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
✅ Oversee and mentor IT team members, providing leadership and support
✅ Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives
✅ Act as the main point of contact for IT-related queries and escalations
✅ Ensure IT security, compliance, and best practices are upheld

What We're Looking For

🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
🔹 Proven track record in IT project management and delivery
🔹 Experience in line management, mentoring, or team leadership
🔹 Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with occasional office visits
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
