The Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate with 7+ years' PQE to play a key role in expanding and developing our international family law offering. You will manage a high-quality caseload covering complex cross-border divorce and financial matters, international child relocation and abduction cases, jurisdiction disputes, enforcement of overseas orders, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements with an international dimension.
You will work alongside highly experienced partners, benefit from the firm's strong brand presence, and have the autonomy to build and grow your own client base. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior position where your expertise, leadership, and network will be recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on all aspects of international family law, including cross-border finance and children cases.
- Managing a complex caseload with minimal supervision.
- Developing and maintaining strong professional networks and generating new business.
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining the firm's high service standards.
- Contributing to the team's strategic growth and mentoring junior team members.
About You
- 7+ years' PQE in family law, with a demonstrable specialism in international cases.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong referral network.
- Consistent history of strong billing and fee generation.
- Commercially astute, with excellent business development skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
