The team are experts in global financial services regulation, advising some of the world's leading banks and other institutions on their regulatory obligations. Their lawyers continue to act in some of the largest and most complex contentious regulatory matters for clients spanning the full breadth of the financial services sector. The group bring deep understanding to issues, including market abuse, trade surveillance and conflicts of interest, as well as trading controls, credit risk management and whistleblowing. The team also have extensive experience defending both outfits and individuals in FCA and PRA proceedings.

As part of the role, you will be part of a market leading team, learning from experts in the field, with excellent growth and development opportunities. You will be advising major investment banks, financial services firms and corporates in connection with internal and regulatory investigations and related disciplinary proceedings and disputes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in Financial Services regulatory disputes and investigations gained from another top-tier practice.
