Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience & qualifications

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial control, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
• Work closely with external auditors, key stakeholders and senior management

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role
• SAP, Salesforce or similar Accounting Software experience alongside strong Excel skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders
• Track record of driving efficiencies and improving financial processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
