Search are excited to be working exclusively with a high growth, privately owned business in Birmingham City Centre who are looking for a progressive Finance Manager to join them in a newly created role.

This is the perfect opportunity for a practice or industry trained individual who is ambitious, looking to progress their career with an out going and friendly personality and the desire to gain/continue within management exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on the management accounting for multiple projects within business
• Responsible for a small transactional finance team
• Business Partner with key Stakeholder and SLT
• Lead on Budgeting for divisional portfolio including overheads and central costs
• Preparation of Board reports for performance and cash flow
• Supporting on Forecasting across a variety of projects
• Working with the FD across all strategic decision making and reporting

Person:

• Qualified Accountant ACCA, ACA, CIMA OR Qualified by Experience
• Highly progressive and ambitious individual
• Strong communication skills
• Experience or desire to gain experience in managing a team
• Strong technical accountancy knowledge

On Offer: A salary up to £65,000 + benefits

Hybrid working - 2/3 days at home

Including a bonus and with fast-track progression opportunities to more senior finance roles.
