The Role
As an Immigration Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload with a strong emphasis on Business Immigration. This will include advising corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and investors on complex immigration matters, sponsorship licensing, skilled worker visas, compliance issues, and related applications. You will work closely with both private and business clients, providing clear, commercially focused advice and maintaining the firm's strong reputation for client care.
This role is 100% office-based in Stratford, offering the benefit of working within a collaborative and supportive team environment. Please note there is no hybrid or remote working for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of business immigration matters.
- Advising corporate clients, SMEs, and individuals on sponsorship, visas, and compliance.
- Preparing applications and providing strategic guidance on immigration processes.
- Ensuring excellent standards of client service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm's Immigration department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Immigration Law (2+ years PQE preferred, but all levels considered).
- Strong knowledge of Business Immigration, including sponsorship licensing and compliance.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and client care skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work to deadlines.
- A team player with a proactive and professional approach.
