Family Solicitor | 3-5 PQE | Guildford

I'm working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to add a Family Solicitor with 3-5 PQE to its established Family team in Guildford.

This is a great opportunity for a family solicitor looking to join a well-respected and growing practice, working closely with experienced Partners and Associates while continuing to develop their own caseload and client base.

The role

You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of family matters, including:

• Divorce and financial disputes
• Pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements
• Children Act matters
• Matrimonial arbitration and mediation
• Wider family-related disputes
• Wills and trusts disputes

You'll manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while also supporting Partners and Associates on more complex matters.

There will also be opportunities to get involved in business development and marketing, including attending seminars and contributing to newsletters and other content.

About you

The firm is ideally looking for a 3-5 PQE Family Solicitor with experience across divorce and matrimonial finance, alongside some exposure to areas such as children, pre-nuptial agreements, mediation or arbitration.

You'll be confident managing your own caseload, have strong attention to detail and, importantly, take pride in delivering excellent client care.

They are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to continue developing their technical expertise and career within a strong Family practice.
