Family Lawyer - 3+ PQE | Hammersmith | Hybrid Working

A highly regarded, multi-office law firm with an excellent reputation in family and childcare law is seeking a talented Family Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join their expanding Hammersmith team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a progressive, Legal 500-recognised environment.

The Role

You'll be joining a busy and supportive family law department, managing a varied caseload across both public and private family law matters. The role offers exposure to complex and rewarding work, alongside excellent career development opportunities.
You'll handle a broad range of cases, including:

• Care proceedings and PLO matters
• Private children law
• Domestic abuse cases, including non-molestation and occupation orders
• Divorce, separation and financial remedy cases
• Cohabitation disputes and general family law matters

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• A Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in family law
• Experienced in both legal aid and private client matters
• Confident conducting your own advocacy
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a growing team
• Commercially minded, with the ability to generate new business and manage client relationships effectively
• Ideally working towards (or willing to work towards) a Law Society Family or Children Panel Accreditation
