Family Solicitor - Senior Associate

Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle private law proceedings and Family Law Act cases.
• Manage divorce, separation, and financial orders.
• Draft and advise on cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Represent clients and conduct your own advocacy in court
• Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring clients are supported throughout their legal journey
• Managing an independent caseload, supervising juniors when necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 6-8+ years PQE in Family Law
• Proven ability to manage a diverse family law caseload independently
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly client-focused, with exceptional relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other IT systems
