About the Opportunity:
A highly regarded and expanding regional law firm is seeking a talented Family Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join their well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and growing practice with a strong presence across the South East.
The firm, originally acquired in 2007, has since grown significantly and now operates from offices in London, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. With over 100 staff and specialist teams in private client, family, property, commercial, and employment law, the firm offers a dynamic and supportive working environment.
The Role:
You will be managing a varied caseload of private family matters including divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes. The role will suit a confident and empathetic solicitor who is capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of private family law matters
  • Advising clients on divorce, finance, children disputes, and cohabitation issues
  • Drafting legal documents and court applications
  • Attending and representing clients at court where required
  • Contributing to business development and networking activities
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing a high level of service

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in family law
  • Solid experience in private family matters, including divorce and financial remedy
  • Excellent communication, client care, and organisational skills
  • Resolution membership preferred but not essential
  • Ambitious, driven, and looking to develop within a growing regional firm
