Senior Associate / Partner - Family Team

Full Remuneration Package: £75,000-£95,000 DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days from home

The Role

You will manage a high-quality caseload of private family matters, including:

• Complex financial matters
• Children matters
• Relationship breakdown
• High-value and complex family cases
• Private family disputes and associated proceedings

The role will also involve:

• Providing strategic leadership within the team
• Supporting and mentoring junior fee earners
• Developing and maintaining strong professional referral relationships
• Taking an active role in marketing and business development
• Growing your own practice and client following

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience in private Family Law
• Expertise across financial and children matters
• Experience handling complex and high-value cases
• Additional ADR qualifications are advantageous
• Excellent technical and procedural knowledge
• Exceptional client care and communication
• Strong business development and networking skills
• An established professional network and/or client following
• Leadership and mentoring experience
