Associate - Private Client (Wills, Probate & Estate Planning)

Location: Salisbury
Experience: 3-5 PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £58,000-£68,000 DOE

The Role

• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation and administration
• Tax and succession planning
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex private client matters

• Support and mentor junior members of the team
• Assist with technical guidance and knowledge sharing across the department
• Play an active role in business development and networking
• Help shape the continued growth and strategy of the Private Client team

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• 3-5 years' PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning
• Experience advising on tax planning and complex estates would be advantageous
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an enthusiasm for networking and business development
• STEP qualified, or working towards STEP, would be desirable
• Collaborative, ambitious and keen to contribute to the development of the wider team
