Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial remedies, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Deliver expert, tailored advice on complex family law issues
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to their professional development
• Actively engage in business development and networking activities
• Stay abreast of the latest family law developments and apply insights to ongoing matters
• Maintain high standards of case management and organisation

Candidate Profile:

• UK-qualified solicitor with 4-6 years' post-qualification experience in family law
• Strong technical knowledge, especially in financial settlements and children matters
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently manage a busy, varied caseload
• Commercially minded and enthusiastic about business development
• Proficient in legal tech and case management systems
• Motivated, flexible, and committed to providing exceptional client service
