Family Lawy Associate (2-5PQE)

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced family lawyer to join our growing London office, working alongside a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked partner on high-value financial remedy matters. The role offers the opportunity to develop your own caseload, contribute to the growth of the London family offering, and work closely with a specialist, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
You will advise on complex financial remedy cases, assist with private children matters, nuptial agreements, and modern family arrangements. You will support the Lead Partner while progressively managing your own caseload and contributing to business development initiatives, including networking, referrals, and client relationship building.

About You:

• 2-5 years PQE with significant financial remedy experience
• Solid grounding across family law
• Excellent technical ability, drafting, and case management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management
• Proactive, ambitious, and highly organised
