A Tier 1 Legal 500-ranked law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its established and successful Employment team in Grimsby.
This role would suit an experienced Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, handling complex matters, developing client relationships and playing a key role in the continued growth of the team.

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Advising business clients on strategic employment law issues
• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Complex disciplinary, grievance and discrimination matters
• TUPE, business transfers and restructuring projects
• Drafting contracts, policies and senior executive agreements
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development and networking activities

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Employment Law
• Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
• Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills
• Ambitious and keen to contribute to the growth of a leading team
