A Tier 1 Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to join its highly regarded team in York.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor looking to develop their career within a leading Employment practice. You'll work closely with experienced specialists, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The Role

• Advising employers and employees on day-to-day employment law matters
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, handbooks and policies
• Assisting with disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
• Supporting Employment Tribunal claims
• Advising on settlement agreements and exit strategies
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+)
• Experience in Employment Law during training contract or post-qualification
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Commercially aware and eager to develop technically
• A collaborative and proactive approach
