Top Tier City Law Firm | Employment Associate | London

I'm working with a standout Law Firm with a first-class reputation in both private client and wider commercial work. They're now looking for an experienced Employment Associate to further strengthen their employment team.

Role

The firm is seeking a 3-8 PQE Employment Solicitor with a strong grounding in both contentious and non-contentious work, who is keen to take a leading role on high-profile, sensitive and often press-related employment matters. The role offers hands-on exposure to strategically important cases, alongside the opportunity to mentor and develop junior team members while working closely with partners on complex, confidential matters.

Nature of Work

You would be advising on a wide range of employment matters, including:

• Reorganisations, disciplinaries, and grievances
• M&A transactional work, due diligence, and corporate support
• Drafting contracts, staff handbooks, NDAs, settlement agreements, consultancy agreements, etc.
• TUPE and employment status queries
• Day-to-day employment advice
• Employment Tribunal and Court work
