This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regarded disputes team handling complex, high-value employment litigation, with a strong claimant-side focus and exposure to some of the most sophisticated matters in the market.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Work on high-end employment litigation, with approximately:
• 70% claimant-side disputes
• A strong focus on senior executive litigation
• Significant financial services and regulated professional work
• Act on complex, high-value matters involving large, high-profile institutions, including many FTSE 100 companies
• Take meaningful responsibility for matters early, including strategy, drafting, and client interaction

Profile

The firm is looking for:

• A driven and passionate 2-5 PQE Solicitor, with solid experience in employment litigation
• Technically strong and confident in running matters with appropriate supervision
• Someone ambitious, resilient, and confident in judgement
