As an Employment Associate, you'll work across corporate advisory, tribunal, and general employment matters, providing clients with strategic, practical advice while managing cases from start to finish. You'll operate in a cooperative environment, contribute to team development, and gain exposure to complex, high-profile client work.


Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Handling employment law matters across contentious and non-contentious work, including tribunals, advisory, and corporate projects.
  • Advising clients on employment issues such as contracts, policies, restructures, and senior executive matters.
  • Managing your own casework while working closely with partners, senior associates, and counsel.
  • Supporting team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and contributing to business development activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in employment law.
  • Experience across contentious and non-contentious matters is preferred but flexible if you have strong UK employment experience.
  • Excellent communication, client care, and advisory skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership of matters, and mentor junior team members.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business growth.
