Employment Solicitor | London

I'm working with a Leading Firm to join a Top Tier Employment practice, working closely with leading Partners ranked by both Chambers & Legal 500.

The Role

You'd be advising on some of the most sensitive and high-stakes employment matters in the market, including:

• Advising employers and senior executives on complex employment law issues
• Managing contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation and High Court proceedings
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, whistle-blowing, and workplace investigations
• Supporting on high-value exits, restructurings, and workforce change projects
• Drafting and advising on employment documentation, policies, and contracts
• Working closely with clients operating in fast-paced, highly regulated, and creative sectors

This is a hands-on role with genuine responsibility, direct partner access, and meaningful client exposure from day one.

The Candidate

You will be:

• A qualified solicitor with 2-3 PQE in employment law
• Experienced across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Keen to develop a long-term career within a high-performing employment team
