Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering top-notch IT solutions? Join our dynamic MSP client's team as a Desktop Engineer! You'll work hands-on with clients, deploying and configuring desktop environments, ensuring seamless IT experiences whilst also getting exposure to some smaller projects around the network element like switches, access points etc.

What You'll Do:
- Deploy, configure, and support desktop solutions for various clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver smooth IT implementations.
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical advice.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience in desktop implementations (Windows/macOS).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Intune/Auto Pilot
- Previous experience in an MSP environment (preferred).

Location: Scunthorpe (Client Site Visits)
Work Pattern: 8:00am - 5pm Monday to Friday (Flex to meet business needs)
Salary: £25k-£30k DOE
