Data Architect - CMDB - ServiceNow - 12 month contract - Glasgow Hybrid (3 days onsite)

I have an immediate opportunity for a Data Architect with ServiceNow experience for an ongoing project with our cllient in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and design data architecture for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Ensure compliance with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality and governance.
• Audit and improve data structures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to define and implement data strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven background working as a Data Architect within large, corporate environments.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and Agile processes.
• Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Financial Services experience is a plus.
