Customer Success Manager - East Coast
Location: 100% Remote - MUST BE in the EASTERN time zone
Salary Expectations: $140,000- $160,000 OTE + equity

I'm currently working with a High Growth, Series A CyberSecurity start up with a unique CyberSecurity product that has been proven to help mid- enterprise customers.
This vendor is now going to the next level of expansion, as a result they are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their existing customer success teams and help with the upsells, cross sells, renewals and retention of all new and existing customers.
Responsibilities / Requirements as a CSM include:
- Drive renewals, upsells and expansions.
- Act as the voice of the customer.
- Drive awareness and adoption of new features. Optimising customers use of the technology.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Executive business reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- 5+ years experience within a cyber security vendor.
- Experience of managing the entire customer life cycle, including technical on boarding, adoption, reviews and renewals.
- Fast paced, adaptable.
- OT Experience is beneficial
