My client is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join a dynamic team, working alongside an impressive partner on a variety of interesting corporate matters including sales of UK businesses to multinational groups and Share and Asset Acquisitions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and professional development, as well as a work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, MBO's and share schemes.
• Advising clients on corporate governance matters and commercial contracts
• Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of PQE.
• Strong background in corporate law.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
