Senior Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Dorset - flexible office location
Experience: 5+ PQE
Salary: £50,000-£70,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

A well-established Dorset law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its specialist property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior conveyancing professional to join an established team, handling a broad range of residential property matters while benefiting from the flexibility to be based at one of several office locations across Dorset.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, providing a high standard of legal advice and client service throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.
• Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
• Advising clients and providing clear, practical legal guidance.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals.
• Progressing transactions efficiently and managing competing deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Delivering excellent client care and contributing to the continued success of the property team.

The role may occasionally involve travelling between the firm's Dorset offices.

About You

The firm is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with 5+ years' PQE who can demonstrate:

• Strong experience handling a broad residential conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A friendly, approachable and client-focused manner.
• Confidence, self-motivation and strong IT skills.
