A well-established and growing law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy property team in Greater Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1-10+ years' PQE who is seeking exposure to a broad range of residential property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role

You will take responsibility for a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New-build transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownership matters
• Help to Buy transactions
• Right to Buy purchases
• Buy-to-let investments
• First-time buyer transactions
• Registered and unregistered title matters

The role offers exposure to the full conveyancing process from instruction through to completion and post-completion matters.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer
• 1-10+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Organised and proactive approach to managing transactions
