The Opportunity

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• General residential conveyancing matters

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and colleagues across the wider business to ensure transactions progress efficiently and clients receive an exceptional service throughout.
Additional responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
• Providing regular updates and practical legal advice
• Supporting business development initiatives
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department

About you

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach.
• Confident using case management systems and legal technology.
