You will work closely with experienced solicitors, ensuring that all contentious probate matters are handled efficiently and professionally from instruction to completion.

You will have:

• Up to 3 years' post-qualification experience in contentious probate or related civil litigation matters, including:
• Inheritance Act claims
• Contested probate claims
• Testamentary disputes
• Professional negligence
• Trusts disputes
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work with integrity
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for your own development and for supporting the development of colleagues
