I am thrilled to announce a new role within my client's team, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in Hertfordshire. You will be exposed to excellent work in this Legal 500 practice and joining an already well-established team.

They are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate should be a qualified lawyer and have experience in commercial property including drafting leases, landlord and tenant matters and advising on legal right and obligations.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Experience in commercial property is essential
2. Experience in running a caseload of work autonomously
3. An established network, a following or regular referrals would be beneficial but not essential
