Overview
The Commercial Property Managing Associate role sits within the highly regarded Real Estate practice in Central London. As a Commercial Property Managing Associate, you will act on sophisticated real estate matters for institutional investors, developers, funds and high-net-worth clients, working closely with colleagues across planning, construction, tax, finance and disputes. Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development and regeneration projects, and landlord and tenant matters

Lead or support complex lease negotiations, drafting and reviewing key transaction documents and client reports

Manage due diligence processes on high-value transactions, coordinating input from internal specialists and external stakeholders

Oversee progress of matters with clear client communication on risks, timelines, costs and strategic considerations

Contribute to business development activity, client relationship management and cross-practice collaboration across real estate finance, tax, construction and disputes
Requirements

Approximately 5-8 years PQE in commercial real estate, ideally gained within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm

Strong technical expertise across acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work and asset management transactions

Experience handling complex, high-value deals with strong drafting ability and commercial judgement

Confident client-facing skills with the ability to explain legal and strategic issues clearly and succinctly

Proven ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a collaborative team environment
