An established and respected law firm with a strong South of England presence is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor (3-5 years PQE) to join its highly successful team in Salisbury. The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and well-regarded Commercial Property team, working alongside experienced lawyers in a firm known for its supportive culture and forward-thinking outlook. You'll enjoy access to a varied, quality caseload and immediate exposure to clients.

The Role

You'll manage and assist on a range of commercial property matters, including:
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
* Pension property work (SIPP & SSAS)
* Commercial property sales, purchases and refinancing
* Drafting and negotiating leases and associated documentation
* Working with a mix of regional and national clients

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years' PQE in commercial property
  * Solid experience gained at a reputable city or regional firm
  * Strong working knowledge of commercial leases, acquisitions/disposals, and ideally pension-related property transactions
  * Commercially astute with a client-focused approach
  * Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
