We're expanding our Corporate & Commercial team and seeking a skilled solicitor ready to take on more responsibility, variety, and a collaborative approach to practice.
What You'll Do

• 
  Advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including share and business sales, acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, restructures, and company law issues.
• 
  Partner with business owners, directors, and entrepreneurs to deliver clear, strategic legal advice.
• 
  Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service and communication.
• 
  Contribute to business development and firm-wide growth initiatives.
• 
  Work autonomously while collaborating across departments in a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

• 
  4+ years PQE in commercial or corporate law.
• 
  Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• 
  A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in business.
