Business Development Representative (BDR), EMEA
Location: 100% remote near London
We're partnering with a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up expanding its UK presence and hiring a Business Development Representative to support growth across the UK, EMEA, and parts of the US. This is a high-impact role as the first BDR in-region, working closely with two Regional Sales Managers to drive pipeline for insider risk and data protection solutions.
What You'll Do

Prospect into target accounts using Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo

Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and demo requests

Personalise outreach to book meetings and create pipeline

Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve campaigns and handoffs

Consistently hit activity, meetings booked, and pipeline KPIs
What You'll Bring

1+ year BDR/SDR experience (cybersecurity a plus)

Strong outbound skills: cold calling, email outreach, social selling

Ability to qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively

Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Salesforce

Strong communication, objection handling, and research skills

Curiosity, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced scale-up environment
